Zucchini Parmesan Chips
If you love Parmesan raise your hand and then go make these amazingly simple, totally addictive two-ingredient chips.

2 large zucchini, thinly sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
Marinara, for dipping
1 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 400º and line a baking sheet with parchment. Arrange zucchini slices on baking sheets and season with salt and pepper.
Top each with Parmesan.
Bake until deeply golden and crisp, 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with marinara.
