every Sunday. For this week I thought I’d do something from Be My Alien which will be released by
Dreamspinner May 8th.
Taz caught
his breath, mesmerized by Reed’s words, by his touch. His body was recovering
from its initial disappointment, snapping back to full attention at Reed’s
proximity. He wasn’t even sure what the other was saying, with his talk about
little head and big head—it was his understanding that Earthlings only had one
head. Now the inhabitants of Drealivion V, that was another matter entirely.
He
unwound himself, kneeling before Reed. He laid his head trustingly on Reed’s
shoulder, eyes turned up to him. “I want to be part of your world,” he
whispered.
